This incident has been resolved.
Remediation works are still in progress on one of our security appliances. we plan to have this online within a few hours from now. Some clients will be seeing a restore in service already.
The issue is ongoing unfortunately. Our wholesaler is rebuilding the routing part of the colo network currently.
Our wholesaler has identified the cause of this issue and is working to a 18:30 resolution time which is longer than expected. Updates to follow when available.
We are showing some outages currently at our Data Centre clients and this is being investigated
