This issue is resolved as far as we are aware, any customers experiencing issues still should contact us.

We are seeing issues reported from Multiple clients with regards to access to files stored in Microsoft 365.
Reports largely seem to be suggesting that sites (including files are showing unavailable within Office 365) including access via application such as ZeeDrive and CloudDrive Mapper
