Auto Acknowledgement on emails into helpdesk

This is confirmed resolved now however was working late Thursday last week.

We normally send an email advising of the ticket number when our clients email us on help@puzzletech.co.uk , unfortunately we have been made aware by our clients that the ticket creation emails are not being sent by our helpdesk system. All other communications appear to be flowing as normal as far as we can see.

We await further communications from our helpdesk supplier however in the interim its business as usual as we are able to send and receive emails as normal.
