This has been resolved and was due to a network configuration error at OVH as per this incident.

We are currently seeing some issues with Hosted Phone systems.
This is currently being worked on by our vendor and updates will be issued asap.
In the interim, updates will be posted here when available.
Some systems are working sporadically so we are marking this as degraded rather than a complete outage.
