We have been advised of some packet loss within our data centre environment which is causing remote sessions to drop momentarily before coming back online within often less than a minute.

Emergency works will be carried out throughout the afternoon which may deliberately result in the service dropping however this should also be for short periods of time (apx 1 min) to ensure a stable service going forwards.
