Starting Saturday 01/03 Microsoft was experiencing authentication issues to its services. Overall, this issue appears to be broadly resolved however we have reports of this issue coming back or users continuing to experience login issues to Microsoft services. Most reports we have seen have been related to mobile services rather than anything else however as it’s the authentication aspect that isn’t working as far as we’re aware in theory this could break other services such as logging into Email/SPAM filters, cloud drives, sharepoint and email itself. There is also a possibility that users could experience an issue logging into computers but we have seen no examples of this yet.
