This issue is now resolved.
This was resolved by rebuilding a virtual router that had corrupted which including rebuilds of virtual networks in the data centre.

We are seeing this service online now however can see a network speed issue with one of the physical uplinks. We are monitoring this however the general report is that everyone is online and working now or should be able to be online.

The router has been configured, we are just waiting on provisioning of the virtual network of which is due imminently. once configured we can then test the connection however are expecting no issues
